Construction & Energy

Liam McCabe

William Fry

A partner with William Fry for nearly a quarter of a century and its chair for the past five years, McCabe has ascended the ranks of the firm on the back of a long and distinguished track record in managing complex capital projects. Currently serving as the firm’s head of projects and construction, McCabe has led teams advising on clients such as Aerie Pharmaceuticals and Blackpitts LP. It’s hard to name a notable development that McCabe hasn’t been involved with, including Kennedy Wilson’s Capital Dock, Hines & Peterson’s Central Bank redevelopment, Irish Life’s 1 George’s Quay, and Diageo’s  planned Guinness Quarter. “I would say Liam is quite simply without equal in the marketplace,” mused a client in Chambers Global 2023.
