At the helm of one of the leading employment departments in Ireland, Crowley is recognised as one of the foremost figures advising on workplace issues. The lawyer of choice for both domestic Irish firms and Ireland-based multinationals — with clients such as Meta, X, Dropbox, Salesforce and Specsavers — Crowley assists in drafting bespoke contracts, agreements, HR policies and procedures, on top of advising employers on disciplinary issues on a daily basis.
Her work regularly involves injunctions, actions relating to breach of contract, employer liability claims, and personal injury cases stemming from workplace stress and bullying. Crowley has remained with Mason Hayes & Curran since beginning her traineeship at the firm in 1998, making partner just eight years later.
